For these reasons and more, I specialize in Brainspotting, which is as gentle as it is efficient, and powerful. It is a particularly targeted and expertly supported form of mind/body practice that uses eye position to allow you to access and transform unprocessed material in the brain. I integrate it with other contemplative and therapeutic tools, for sure; but my clients have been using Brainspotting with truly amazing results since 2013.

My fee for counseling individuals in Mississippi, Tennessee and Florida - as well as for Spiritual Direction anywhere in the world - is $250 for a 50-minute session, $350 for a 90-minute extended session, and $500 for a 120-min session.
I am a Board-Certified Telemental Health Provider and see people via HIPAA secure platform.
I do not bill insurance but can provide counseling clients a superbill upon request.
